Palm Coast

The scenery is always changing, gone are the mega-mansions and mega-yachts of the Miami area, now we see more nature, wildlife and rural landscapes.

We enjoy seeing people fishing along the shore.

We moved on from Titusville, FL, looking forward to seeing  loopers that we first met in Canada and then again on the Illinois River.  One of the absolute best parts of the loop is the friends that we have made and meeting up with them again.

We enjoyed dinner at the North Turn in Daytona Beach. The first car races at Daytona took place on the beach starting in 1936.  These great car races ran outside of the current restaurant location until 1958, when NASCAR relocated to its Super Speedway and the Daytona 500.

Homemade Mexican food enjoyed with fellow loopers - Gran Vida, Perfect Balance, As the Crow Flies, and Wild Raven.  Interesting, all of them are from Canada.

At Seven Seas Marina near Daytona Beach.  The beach is white, smooth, clean and beautiful.

King enjoying his new hobby of fishing at Marineland Marina seaside.

Beautiful morning with white pelicans as we travel to St. Augustine.
